RMIT is proud to partner with Blak and Bright First Nations Literary Festival and co-present the festival's public opening on Friday 15 March at The Capitol. ⁠

Blak and Bright First Nations Literary Festival Opening night will feature a performance by cross-disciplinary performance artist Carly Sheppard and director and playwright Kamarra Bell-Wykes, as well as an in-conversation between legendary writers Tony Birch and Kim Scott. ⁠

The annual McCraith House creative residency will again be awarded to a Blak & Bright artist as part of RMIT Culture's creative programs. ⁠

Presented in partnership with Blak & Bright First Nations Literary Festival and the Wheeler Centre. ⁠

Elisa Zorraquin’s exhibition Boiling Matters draws on her background in contemporary jewellery and industrial design. She creates participatory works that engage both body and soul, initiating encounters between individuals who might not otherwise meet.
