Important Information
Before completing this form, read the RMIT University Pathways English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Refund Procedure (for offers made on or after 9 November 2023) available on the RMIT University Pathways (RMIT UP) Policies and Procedures page.

RMIT is not able to process the OSHC refund if you arranged OSHC directly through Medibank or another provider.

Payment to an Australian bank account




Payment to an international bank

  • If your refund is approved, RMIT will email you instructions and a unique link to the Convera payment portal
  • Click on the link to fill out a Convera refund form and enter your nominated international bank account details
  • Please complete the Convera refund form within 5 days
  • If you don’t complete it in time, the link will expire, and your refund will be delayed
  • You must check with your bank about the corresponding currency before completing the Convera refund form to avoid the refund being return to RMIT
  •  Processing may take up to 6 weeks

Note: RMIT is not responsible for any currency variance in foreign exchange rates or bank fees.

RMIT is bound by laws that protect your privacy. All personal information you provide on this form will be handled in accordance with the RMIT Privacy and Data Protection Policy, which can be found on the Policy Register.

I declare that all information and documents I have provided are true, accurate, complete, and unaltered.

I understand that:
  1. Submitting false, misleading, or counterfeit documents may result in rejection of my application.
  2. It is my responsibility to provide all the necessary. documentation to support my request for refund. 
  3. I undertake that I copied and attached the identification page of my passport/ID card to this document.
  4. My passport verifies that I am the signatory to this document.
  5. I authorise the third party/agent to electronically submit this completed form to RMIT UP.
  6. If I have requested that my refund is paid to a third party, I agree that by signing this request, I have authorised RMIT UP to pay my refund as directed above. 
  7. If I require any changes to be made to this refund request, I will inform RMIT UP of these changes in writing. 
  8. In accordance with the RMIT UP Refund Procedure, any outstanding fees and charges owing to RMIT UP or RMIT will be deducted from the credit amount before any refund is paid. 
  9. I will receive a refund only if an amount remains in credit after all outstanding fees and charges have been paid in full. 
  10. My refund will be made in AUD unless an alternative currency is required for a successful transfer of funds. RMIT UP is not responsible for any currency variations in foreign exchange rates and bank fees. 
  11. My refund will be processed to the original method of payment (unless the original method of payment was wire transfer, BPAY or debit card in person) and override any selection made on this form.
  12. I acknowledge that this refund application will be processed in accordance with the applicable RMIT University Pathways English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Refund Procedure or RMIT English Worldwide Refund and Transfer of Fees Procedure and Instruction, which I have read and understood. 
  13. Charges may apply in accordance with the relevant refund procedure and that these charges will be deducted from my refund before it is paid.
