Lynn Warneke is an accomplished company Chair and Non-Executive Director, with extensive expertise in business and customer experience transformation, organisational change, digital and data strategy, AI and emerging technologies and regulation.

She is a non-executive director of listed, private and non-for-profit companies, including South East Water corporation (Chair of the Board), ASX-listed cybersecurity company Infotrust (Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee), and Victorian telecommunications provider VERNet. She also serves on the National AI Committee of the ACS and is an industry mentor with start‐up accelerator Stone & Chalk.

Lynn has multi-sector experience across high-growth and highly regulated industries, including critical infrastructure, professional services, tertiary education, government, telecommunications, cybersecurity and the start-up sector. Her prior executive and consulting career included senior roles in ASX and internationally listed companies and public organisations, leading corporate operations, innovation and technology teams and major transformation programs.

She received the 2022 Norton Rose Fulbright Prize for Cyber Law and was awarded #7 in the 2020 CIO50 list recognising Australia’s most innovative CIOs. Lynn is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Fellow of the Australian Computer Society (FACS) and the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA).
