Ms Taylor is a Council Member for ISN Psychology Pty Ltd, Advisory Board Member of We Make a Difference Ltd, and Chair of the Nominations and Selection Committee for the Australasian College of Paramedics. She is also a Board Advisor at the Ducendi Group, which provides expert advice to ASX listed, commercial, government and NFP boards across financial services, retail, technology, telecommunications, professional services, education, arts, sport and recreation, utilities, property and humanitarian sectors.  

Previously a Director of Raiz Invest Ltd (ASX:RZI), Western Leisure Services Ltd, and the International Women’s Development Agency, Ms Taylor brings risk and governance expertise in workforce matters, digital strategies, operational transformations, and stakeholder engagement.

Philippa's executive background is in the People and Culture (P&C) space where she has held roles such as CEO at Deakin Health & Sports Centre (since acquired by Fitness First), General Manager P&C at Australian Grand Prix Corporation and Global Director P&C SMS Management and Technology (now part of NRI).
