How to use the RMIT Permit Web Portal

The RMIT Permit Web Portal can be used to purchase parking permits.

Follow RMIT’s Single Sign On (SSO) process using RMIT credentials to log in. If you have forgotten your credentials, please reset your password via the Password Reset Portal.

How to add vehicles

Go to My Account and select My Vehicles
Select Add New Record and enter vehicle details

Multiple vehicles can be entered but you must ensure the correct vehicle is selected when your start a parking session to avoid a fine.

Vehicle details can be edited by selecting Edit or the vehicle record deleted by selecting Delete.

How to add payment details

Go to My Account and select Payment Options
Select Add Credit Card and input relevant details
Select Next to confirm

How to purchase parking permits

In the dashboard, select Purchase Now
Select Campus, then choose the relevant permit and the Start Date (if applicable) and select Next
Select License Plate and State, then select Next
Where applicable, select Payment Method of Credit Card or Salary Sacrifice (only available to full time staff members, with payments deducted over two pay periods)
Use saved credit card details or add new details now, then select Pay

You will receive an email from UbiPark to confirm the permit purchased. All permits are non-refundable once purchased.

You will receive an email from UbiPark three weeks prior to the expiry of a semester or annual permit, or one week prior to the expiry of a monthly permit; it is the permit holder’s responsibility to keep track of the expiry date of the permit.
