Motivating and inspiring, indoor cycling classes are perfect for getting fit and in shape fast!

Our fantastic, new indoor cycling studio has recently been completed and classes are ready to launch! Cycling classes are an exhilarating indoor journey based on the principles of outdoor cycling. Classes use state of the art stationery bikes to simulate the grand tours and training techniques of professional road riders. Indoor cycling classes provide a very low impact but high intensity aerobic endurance workout that each participant can easily modify to suit their individual fitness level.

Motivating and inspiring cycling instructors, energetic music and the fun and inspiration of a group training environment, indoor cycling classes are perfect for getting fit and in shape fast! Equipped with over 22 new award-winning Keiser M3 indoor cycles, powerful sound system and elevated instructor stage, classes have never been more energising. Get ready to get fit and have fun making the most of every minute.
