Florian Kock

Florian Kock is a PhD student at the School of Economics, Finance and Marketing and the Department of Marketing at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.

Florian Kock holds a Master’s degree in Management from the Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Münster in Germany.

Florian's research interests include international and intercultural marketing and consumer behaviour, and the role of emotions in consumer and tourist behaviour and decision-making.

He uses a cross-disciplinary approach and draws on social, evolutionary and clinical psychology as well as institutional theory to understand pressing issues of consumer behaviour that may even reach beyond the discipline of marketing.

Florian conducts quantitative studies in the areas of marketing, tourism, management and psychology, involving the conceptual development, operationalization and empirical validation of new constructs and scales, as well as nomological networks.
