With 4 years of higher education experience in advanced clinical nursing and 13 years of clinical expertise in the intensive care unit, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical skills to my role as a staff member at RMIT since 2024. Previously, I also served as an Education Manager, where I was involved in the education and recruitment of graduate nurses and the facilitation of undergraduate nursing programs. My recent research, titled 'Effectiveness of an educational intervention on first-year nursing students’ knowledge and confidence to perform basic life support: a quasi-experimental study,' was published in the Contemporary Nurse Journal.
