About

With 4 years of higher education experience in advanced clinical nursing and 13 years of clinical expertise in the intensive care unit, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical skills to my role as a staff member at RMIT since 2024. Previously, I also served as an Education Manager, where I was involved in the education and recruitment of graduate nurses and the facilitation of undergraduate nursing programs. My recent research, titled 'Effectiveness of an educational intervention on first-year nursing students’ knowledge and confidence to perform basic life support: a quasi-experimental study,' was published in the Contemporary Nurse Journal. This study underscores my commitment to enhancing nursing education and improving clinical outcomes. My work focuses on equipping the next generation of nurses with the critical skills and confidence needed for effective patient
