About
Ryan is the CEO of Sue’s Home Care, a premium clinically led home healthcare business supporting Australians to remain in their own homes as they age in place.
He is the Founder of Innings, a long-term focused fund on building, growing and acquiring home care, healthcare, and aged services businesses, and a Director and Co-Founder of Health 2 You.
Ryan has built and operated healthcare and service businesses across start-up, SME, and corporate environments, with a focus on building care systems that improve health, independence, and quality of life, while supporting the clinicians and carers who deliver care.
He is a Senior Academic Fellow with RMIT University, teaching business and entrepreneurship in health, and has previously founded and exited two award-winning businesses. His experience spans healthcare, technology, insurance, hospitality, and education across Australia, the UK, and Europe.
