Project Description

This project examines disclosures on gender equality reported by the Big 4 accounting firms.  Gender equality and access to gender equality information may be viewed as a human right.  Public reporting on gender equality may lead to greater transparency, accountability and progress on gender equality.  This project will explore how and why the firms report on gender in the way that they currently do and how this might develop in the future.
