News, Technology and Society Network (NTS)

The News, Technology and Society (NTS) network brings together interdisciplinary researchers who focus on research related to the social impacts of news, journalism and emerging technologies to build internal research capacity and support impactful collaboration with partners across the news and media industry.

Our theme leads and members regularly work to support research-informed news media industry practice changes; contribute to relevant government policy submissions related to news, technology, and society; deliver industry training sessions; and make research more accessible for diverse public audiences.
