The Pathways to Healthy Ageing network is an interdisciplinary network of collaborators that develops, codesigns, and evaluates projects that prioritise the health and wellbeing of senior Australians.
The PHA Network collaborates with government, community-led groups, aged care providers, and businesses, to facilitate and promote healthy ageing. We embrace a person-centred approach to healthcare, leveraging technology and digital tools for education and health promotion in the projects we undertake. Our work is grounded in an ecosystem approach that acknowledges the socio-cultural context of wellbeing and strives for improved access and equity through collaborative partnerships in healthcare.
The network focuses on:
Dr Dein Vindigni
School of Health and Biomedical Sciences
Dr Jenny Robinson
School of Media and Communication
A/Prof Bernardo Figueiredo
School of Economics, Finance and Marketing
Dr Prasada Rao Podugu
STEM College
PHA provides a place for people working in positive ageing initiatives with government, health providers, and community groups to come together with researchers to share ideas, discuss opportunities for collaboration, and guide implementation for impact.
If you would like to become a member or find out any further information about the PHA Network and the work that we do, please contact us by emailing any of the network leads listed above.
