Prove your enrolment

Your Statement of Enrolment provides proof that you are enrolled in a program at RMIT. It also shows your study load.

What is a Statement of Enrolment?

Your Statement of Enrolment (SoE) is an official statement from RMIT University confirming your program and course enrolment, along with information such as the start date, end date and census date relevant to each of the classes in which you are enrolled. It also displays your study load (also known as aggregated load) in the program for a specific period.

The SoE shows your study load calculated for ‘First half calendar year’ (1 January to 30 June) and ‘Second half calendar year' (1 July to 31 December). This includes the portion of any class that falls within that period.

Your SoE proves your enrolment and/or study load for concession or other purposes e.g., Victorian Public Transport Concession and Centrelink income support payments.

The SoE will also help you determine if you will complete your program within the minimum time.

Make sure you check the enrolment details in your SoE carefully to ensure they're correct.

If you’re enrolled in multiple programs, you’ll receive multiple  SoEs. Each SoE covers a half-year period.

How to view your Statement of Enrolment

For most students, your SoE is available in Enrolment Online the day after you enrol or vary your enrolment. If you're a full-fee Open Universities Australia (OUA) student or studying at the Singapore Insitute of Management (SIM), please see below for information.
