Important Information

This form must be used when a student wants to withdraw from the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program before the actual finish date. Please allow 10 working days for RMIT UP to assess your application.

You must keep attending classes until your application is approved.

I hereby request to cancel my English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program and acknowledge that a separate refund application must be submitted. This will be processed in accordance with RMIT University Pathways English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Refund Procedure, which I have read and understood.

I understand that RMIT UP will report my cancellation to the Department of Home Affairs and that my CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment) will be cancelled. 

I am advised to seek advice from the Department of Home Affairs on the potential impact on my visa.
