Belong as you are

Your background, identity and point of view are valued. At RMIT, difference isn’t managed – it’s what moves us forward.

Our pitch to you

Over 12 months, you’ll complete two rotations across different areas of the university – giving you the space to explore, test your strengths and shape your direction.

You give your curiosity, ideas and energy.

You get hands‑on experience, real responsibility, dedicated coaching and exposure to work that matters.

You don’t need prior corporate experience – we’re looking for potential, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

To be eligible, you must be a final‑year student or an RMIT alumnus within one year post‑graduation. We’re looking for the next generation of leaders to join our Graduate Program.
