Professor David Fan
Dr David Fan is a Professor of Management in the School of Management at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. His research interests are: international human resource management, international strategic management, the technology-human interactions, and topics related to multinationals from emerging economies.
Prior to his migration to Australia, David worked as a financial accountant in an international real estate group. David completed his PhD in International Management at Monash University (Clayton Campus) in 2010, including one-year full-time doctoral-level methodology training at the Australian National University in 2006.
David is an Area or Associate Editor of the International Journal of Management Reviews (ABDC: A; 2020-), International Journal of Human Resource Management (ABDC: A; 2019-); Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources (ABDC: B; 2017-), and Deputy Editor of Chinese Management Studies (ABDC: C; 2017-); and serves on the Editorial Review Boards of Management and Organization Review (ABDC: A; 2017-), Asia Pacific Journal of Management (ABDC: A; 2017-), and the Advisory Board of COMPASSS (2015-).
