Dr Juan Feng is a dedicated and experienced lecturer in the field of media and communication. She holds a PhD degree in Media and Communication from RMIT University in Australia and a master’s degree in Communication Studies from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. Juan has worked as a lecturer for more than 10 years, being responsible for teaching, course development, and conducting research in the areas of advertising, public relations, and digital media. Assisting students in attaining their maximum potential is her driving force, and she achieves this by incorporating engaging hands-on learning and project-oriented teaching techniques.
Juan's areas of expertise include Nation Branding, Place Branding, Sports Communication, and Public Relations. She has a solid record of scholarly publishing, having co-authored 5 peer-reviewed articles in high-ranking Q1 journals, such as Public Relations Review, the European Journal of Cultural Studies, and Media International Australia. In addition, Juan has presented and/or published 7 papers at international academic conferences of repute, such as the annual conference of the International Communication Association (ICA) and the International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR).
