RMIT Civil Engineering's Industry Day provides a platform for meaningful exchanges between industry partners and our research teams.

The event aims to share perspectives, explore collaboration opportunities, and deepen understanding of industry priorities, while showcasing our capabilities and fostering alignment to address future challenges in civil and infrastructure engineering.

The aim of this event is to:

  • Launch Centre for Future Construction Research Centre (Led by Civil Engineering)
  • Showcase our key research capability (driven by CFC Research Centre, ITRPs; TREMS and DFCOs, RIH, CRCps)
  • Connect major industry partners with our future-focused industry degrees, and
  • Understand industry needs and priorities.

Elisa Zorraquin’s exhibition Boiling Matters draws on her background in contemporary jewellery and industrial design. She creates participatory works that engage both body and soul, initiating encounters between individuals who might not otherwise meet.
