About

Dr Thomas (Tom) Jelly is a Senior Lecturer in Aerospace Engineering whose teaching and research focus on computational fluid dynamics (CFD), with an emphasis on high-fidelity simulations of transitional and turbulent flows. His recent research leveraged exa-scale high-performance computing resources to investigate the aerothermal performance of turbomachinery, in collaboration with GE Aerospace.
