Dr Mingjun Yang is a Senior Lecturer in Management and Leadership at School of Management, RMIT University. Prior to joining RMIT, she worked as a Lecturer in Management at La Trobe Business School, La Trobe University. She completed her PhD in under two years and was awarded the degree in 2021.
Her teaching and research interests include management, organisational behaviour, group diversity, innovation, conflict management, and performance management. She has a particular interest in multilevel linear and curvilinear modelling within the field of management.
Mingjun has published widely in top-tier journals recognised by the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC). Her work has appeared in the Journal of Service Research (ABDC A*), International Journal of Hospitality Management (ABDC A*), Journal of Business Research (ABDC A), Applied Psychology (ABDC A), International Journal of Human Resource Management (ABDC A), and Journal of Knowledge Management (ABDC A), among others. Mingjun also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (ABDC A).
