Mingjun Yang

Dr Mingjun Yang is a Senior Lecturer in Management and Leadership at School of Management, RMIT University. Her teaching and research interests include leadership, organisational behaviour, AI in management, group diversity, and innovation. She has a particular interest in multilevel linear and curvilinear modelling within the field of management.

Mingjun has published widely in top-tier journals recognised by the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC). Her work has appeared in Journal of Service Research (ABDC A*), Journal of Business Ethics (FT50, ABDC A), International Journal of Hospitality Management (ABDC A*), Journal of Sustainable Tourism (ABDC A*), Journal of Business Research (ABDC A), Applied Psychology (ABDC A), International Journal of Human Resource Management (ABDC A), and Journal of Knowledge Management (ABDC A), among others. Mingjun also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (ABDC A).
