About

Dr Lin Zhao is a Senior Lecturer and undergraduate nursing Program Manager at RMIT with two decades of acute/mental health clinical nursing and tertiary education experience in Australia. Lin completed a PhD from the University of California, San Francisco in 2011 and postgraduate qualifications in perinatal mental health and health professional education. Lin is currently leading a few teaching innovation grants at RMIT and her current Learning and Teaching work centres on nursing simulation practice, digital health and student driven assessment practice. Clinically, Lin has a strong research commitment to clinical incivility, infectious disease, substance use and women's health, with a particular interests in addressing the complex physical, psychological and social factors that influence women's health outcomes throughout the perinatal period. Dr Lin Zhao is a experienced quantitative researcher with expertise in statistical modelling, advanced data analytics and interpretation of complex datasets.
