PhD Scholarship (Industry) in Non-Invasive Drug Delivery Devices

Industry PhD scholarship focussed on commercial translation of a novel technology for non-invasive delivery of biologics.

Joint project between RMIT and an industry partner focussed on translation of the technology towards commercial realisation that includes a stipend plus a top-up scholarship of $10,000 per annum.

$35,886 + $10,000 top-up per annum

Applicants would ideally possess a first-class or 2A undergraduate honours or Master's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering or Applied Chemistry/Physics, that includes knowledge in fluid mechanics/device physics and experience in conducting research projects. Familiarity with solid state electronics, acoustics, pharmaceutics, particle/droplet dispersions and microfluidics would be advantageous.

The successful candidate must have a keen interest in experimental work and a drive towards achieving practicable solutions for 'real world' applications.
