City campus: In-person and phone services will be unavailable Tuesday 12 May from 12:30–5pm. Services will resume Wednesday 13 May 2026.
Bundoora and Brunswick campus: In-person services will be unavailable for Tuesday 12 May and will resume on Wednesday 13 May.
During this period, portal enquiries and webchat services will remain available.
