The Network for Organisational Behaviour and Leadership Enquiry (NOBLE)

Understanding people. Transforming organisations.

The Network for Organisational Behaviour and Leadership Enquiry (NOBLE) is a team of dedicated researchers specialising in organisational behaviour and leadership. We are committed to advancing the frontiers of organisational science and practice, exploring how individuals and teams interact, influence one another, and innovate within contemporary organisations. We adopt interdisciplinary perspectives and rigorous methodologies to bridge theory and practice, generating actionable insights for both scholars and managers.

Our vision is to be a leading voice in shaping the future of work and leadership through four interconnected pillars:

Rigorous scholarship – Producing high-quality, methodologically robust research that advances organisational knowledge.

Actionable impact – Translating research into practical, evidence-based insights that enhance organisational practice and performance.

Collaborative partnership – Partnering with industry, government, community, and academic stakeholders to co-create relevant and timely knowledge.

Capability development – Developing the next generation of scholars through targeted workshops, mentoring, and research-focused initiatives.
