For students enrolled in their final year of a Bachelor of Business degree; worth $8,000.

This scholarship provides $8,000 for one year.

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent resident or permanent humanitarian visa holder
  • be enrolling full-time in semester 1 and 2 2024 in your final year, in one of the following programs:
  • have a Grade Point Average (GPA) to date of 2.5 or higher
  • be able to demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, innovation and self-motivation, and potential leaderships qualities.

Complete the online application by the close date. Partial applications will not be assessed.

Application questions

It is expected that the online application will take approximately thirty minutes to complete. The main application questions are listed below to allow you time to prepare your answers prior to starting the online application.

  • What is your motivation for studying your current course?
  • How will you plan to apply your studies beyond graduating?
  • Outside of your studies, what volunteering/community involvement are you engaged in? Please elaborate on the social impacts of your actions.
  • Besides financial burdens, how will this scholarship and application process benefit you?
  • What do you know about Mainfreight? How does our culture align with you?

The scholarship application process is highly competitive with a limited number of scholarships available. Unfortunately, not all eligible applicants will receive one.

Only successful candidates will be notified via email to their RMIT student account.
