If you have completed your previous tertiary studies from an institution in Australia or New Zealand, and you have a My eQuals account, you can provide your digital academic statements via My eQuals secure online platform. The process for submitting these documents is:
If you have completed your tertiary studies in China, you may share your academic documents via the Centre for Student Services and Development (CSSD) and have them delivered to us online through My eQuals. For further information, please visit China Credential Verification Services.

If you have original hard copy documents, you will need to provide certified copies for your application.
A certified copy is one that has been verified to be a true copy by a witness after they have sighted the original. The person certifying the photocopy must sight the original document and include the following details on all pages that contain information:
If you have applied without an agent, you may be asked to mail an "original certified copy" of your documents. This means that your original documents and their photocopies need to be taken to an authorised person and have them stamp you photocopies. You must send the photocopies with the original stamp.
You also have the option to send the original documents instead of certified copies with original stamps. However, if you choose this option, we are unable to return the original documents.
RMIT will accept photocopies certified by anyone who is currently employed as:
Notarised Documents may be required for some students applying from China. We will advise you after we receive your application if we require notarised copies of any documents.
You will submit your relevant documents with your application via the online admissions system. If you have shared your digital academic documents through any of the options mentioned above, you do not need to upload copies through the online admissions system.
