Details

An efficient way to advance your career.

Supply chain management extends the study of logistics beyond the boundaries of a single organisation. It places particular emphasis on the interfaces between the ‘chain’ or ‘network’ of enterprises engaged in moving products, services and information - from suppliers through intermediaries to end users and/or consumers.

The overarching framework around which the course content is organised is the supply chain management performance and capability continuum, which has three critical components - namely operational excellence, supply chain integration and collaboration, and virtual supply chains.

Finish your online Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics Management in just eight months, thanks to our innovative intensive learning model. Offering six intakes per year, our study periods run for seven weeks each, focusing on one course at a time for fast-tracked, consolidated learning. This format helps you learn, grasp and apply each new concept before beginning the next.

We believe in work-connected learning. That means you can take everything you learn in the virtual classroom to the workforce – straight away. You don’t have to wait to finish your program to start applying your new skills and knowledge.

Committing to postgraduate study doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your lifestyle or cut back at work. Forget weekend intensives or classes that start the second you leave work – online study is ready whenever and wherever you are.

As well as our intensive, online study model this program is also available on-campus.

Delivered 100 per cent online, you can take advantage of six intensive study periods offered each year, and learn wherever there is an internet connection.

RMIT’s community-based online study lets you investigate new ideas through video, audio, and practical activities and assessments. In virtual meeting spaces and by participating in discussions forums, you will connect, interact and collaborate with expert lecturers and other professionals studying alongside you.

You can view online resources and learning activities, access course materials via Canvas, collaborate with lecturers and fellow students, and access your student email account anywhere, anytime.

Our online learning platform is purpose-built and brings authenticity to your learning experience, available using your laptop, tablet or smartphone. Coursework is delivered in an engaging way and easy to follow.

You will also have access to discussion boards, online forums, electronic assignment submission, the library and business journals.

Assessment is ongoing throughout the teaching period and includes essays, reports, presentations, case studies, quizzes and research projects.

The driving force behind our Master's program is the industry connections that inform the design and delivery.

Not only will you be learning from renowned academics, you can be confident that the quality and relevance of our program has the backing of an advisory board of notable industry leaders.

There’s also an industry advisory board of high-profile executives guiding the development of the College of Business, chaired by Deloitte’s chief strategy officer, Gerhard Vorster. The Board creates a strategic bridge between the latest in technology and design, thinking and business.
