RMIT Vietnam PhD Scholarship

A number of PhD scholarships are available for Higher Degree by Research (PhD) students in Vietnam

RMIT Vietnam-based candidates who satisfy HDR admission and scholarship requirements will receive full tuition fee waiver and a stipend scholarship of approximately 10,000 AUD per year for 3.5 years.

The candidate must meet RMIT HDR admission and scholarship requirements and is required to be resident in Vietnam during most of their studies.

No separate scholarship application is required. Applicants are automatically considered for available scholarships when they apply, subject to the availability of funds.

Funding of up to AUD 4,000 is available to support approved research expenses. The student will be encouraged to present papers based on her/his research at national and international conference. Manuscripts on the thesis will be targeted at A-ranked journals such as Demography, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of International Economics, International Review of Economics and Finance, and World Development.
