Dr Hai Dong
Dr. Hai Dong is the leader of Smart Sensing and Services Research Area at RMIT School of Computing Technologies, the deputy director and co-founder of CloudTech-RMIT Green Cryptocurrency Joint Research Laboratory (GreenCryptoLab), and a member of RMIT Centre for Cyber Security Research and Innovation (CCSRI).
Dr. Hai Dong is the leader of Smart Sensing and Services Research Area at RMIT School of Computing Technologies, the deputy director and co-founder of CloudTech-RMIT Green Cryptocurrency Joint Research Laboratory (GreenCryptoLab), and a member of RMIT Centre for Cyber Security Research and Innovation (CCSRI).
Prior to this position, he served as a Vice-Chancellor’s Research Fellow in RMIT University and a Curtin Research Fellow in Curtin University of Technology, Australia. He received a PhD from Curtin University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University, China.
He published a monograph and 100+ (65+ CORE-A*/A/Q1) research articles in international journals and conferences, including CACM, CCPE, CSUR, FGCS, JCSS, JNCA, KBS, TCC, TIE, TII, TSC, TSE, WWWJ, FUZZ-IEEE, ICONIP, ICSOC, ICWS, IJCNN, WISE, etc. His publications receive 2000+ citations and H-Index of 25 according to Google Scholar statistics. He received the Best Research Paper Award in ICSOC 2016.
He obtained a total of 2 million+ AUD research funding. He served in the organising and/or program committees of 70+ international conferences, including ICONIP, ICSOC, ICWS, IJCNN, MobiQuitous, SCC, WISE, etc. He serves in the editorial boards of several international journals including IEEE Access, etc. He was invited to review for 50+ international journals, such as CSUR, TKDE, TOIT, TSC, etc. His primary research interests include: Services Computing, Software Testing, Distributed Computing, Cybersecurity, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, etc. He is a senior member of the IEEE and a member of the ACM.
