My student record

My student record is your one-stop-shop for all the tasks you can do in Enrolment Online.

From the Welcome page, select the My student record button to access the sections below.

Enrolment details

Under Enrolment details you can do the following:

View your enrolment for a particular semester

Select Enrol(add, drop or change classes) > Select semester > Programs and course enrolments

 

View and print your official Confirmation of enrolment (CoE)

Select View Confirmation of enrolment (CoE)

Your CoE is produced overnight and is available the day after you enrol or vary your enrolment

Change your enrolment

Select Enrol (add, drop or change classes) and follow the prompts

Change your enrolment

Enrol in a class not offered in a standard semester (HE only)

Select Enrol (add, drop or change classes), under Additional terms, select Continue next to the UGRAD or PGRAD flexible term you wish to enrol in.

 

View your results

Select View academic history/results to view your enrolment and results achieved since commencing your program
