Climate chaos, democratic breakdown, a succession of once-in-a-generation shocks – for young people, the future has never looked more uncertain or more unjust than it does today. Yet in the face of these challenges, inequality is excluding far too many original thinkers from the pool of talent it will take to build us all a better tomorrow.
