Limited access to external servers for Computer Science and technical VE courses

22 October 2026. Due to recent advice from the Australian Signals Directorate’s Australian Cyber Security Centre, relating to PHP vulnerabilities and as a precautionary measure, external (off-campus) access to some affected servers has been blocked for Computer Science and technical VE courses. On-campus access and remote access via myDesktop remain available.  

Some minor disruptions may occur and affected staff and students are encouraged to reach out to IT Service Connect for support. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as necessary.
