Dr Too is an active academic researcher in the area of project and infrastructure management. His research interests include optimizing the management and performance of infrastructure assets through a holistic approach. This involves the integration of project management, sustainable development and information technology paradigms to develop sustainable solutions that would address the complexities of infrastructure asset management.
