Dr Say Yen Teoh is an passionate Information Systems researcher and Senior Lecturer at RMIT University, specializing in digital transformation, blockchain, and health information systems. Recently, her research has expanded to explore the intersection of ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) and Artificial Intelligence, focusing on digital sustainability and the role of emerging technoloiges in driving responsible and sustainable business practices.
With a PhD from the National University of Singapore, she forged international research collaborations across Australia, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the USA. Her work uniquely blends scholarly rigour with real-world impact, bridging academia and industry to advance socially responsible innovations.
Her commitment to sustainable digital transformation is particularly evident in agriculture, supply chain and logistics, where she integrates ethical AI and ESG frameworks to drive responsible and sustainable practices. Dr Teoh’s research has been featured in esteemed journals such as the Information Systems Journal, Communications of AIS, and Information Technology & People, reflecting her influence in both scholarly and applied settings.
