Distinguished Professor Taylor is currently the Associate Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research and Innovation in the College of Business and Law.
Tracy has held numerous leadership and executive roles over her 30+ year career in higher education. Tracy is an internationally recognised sport management scholar, with 220+ peer reviewed publications, books, book chapters and research project reports. Tracy has been awarded over $3.8m in research grants, and has led numerous national, and international research projects and consultancies in North America, Asia and Europe. Her research interests are connected with the human resource management and leadership aspects of volunteers in sport, women's professional sport, and diversity, equity and inclusion in sport.
Industry experience
Professor Taylor has worked in and with a range of industries, governments and not-for-profits around the world on resesarch projects, capacity building progrms, leadership development and team-building.
Distinguished Professor Taylor's research areas are in volunteer management, diversity and inclusion, and women sport leadership. She has just completed an ARC Discovery in Women in Professional Sport, a women and disability in sport federal funded Grant and a EU funded project on newly arrived migrants and sport.
