In this program, Axel Garay will lead participants through a guided meditation, journalling exercise and short discussion to contemplate the ways we are 'immersed' in the world.

Reflect on the ways you are immersed with the inner and outer world, with tech platforms, communities, materials and self. There will be tea and snacks served.

Axel Garay will facilitate three engagements as part of his solo exhibition, Intercessions at First Site Gallery. Each engagement is designed to decompress the busy mind, focus on 'being' rather than 'doing' and reflect on our relationship to 'immersion' as an idea and a practice.

Intercessions is a part of the On-Site exhibition suite, a project showcasing the creative research of RMIT postgraduate candidates at First Site Gallery.
