Researchers and experts from the Australian GLAM sector explore how we understand audiences and the role of qualitative research in the sector.

Join RMIT, ACMI and AMaGA for the launch of the Museum Digital Social Futures project's Toolkit for Qualitative Audience Engagement.

Over three years, researchers from RMIT in collaboration with colleagues at ACMI and AMaGA have been investigating how audiences interact with museums through digital media, and how museum professionals understand their audiences.

At this event, key stakeholders from the project will launch one of the key outputs from the project: a toolkit of methods for the GLAM sector that guides practitioners in using qualitative methods to better understand their audiences.
