Dr Kwabena Mintah is a Lecturer in Property & Valuation in the School of Property, Construction and Project Management of RMIT University, Australia.
Mintah has industry experience in property valuation and teaching. As part of teaching, Mintah has been responsible for preparing and delivering Valuation Process and Methods course for undergraduate students at RMIT University for several years. He has also provided teaching assistance for several undergraduate courses and assisted other colleagues in delivering post-graduate subjects at the School of Property, Construction and Project Management of RMIT University. Mintah's research interests are in property valuation, property development, uncertainties and risks in property development, real options valuation, valuing flexibility in property development and property data analysis. He has published several research and conference papers on the valuation of flexibility in property development.
