About

Sally McNamara is a specialist in the people part of change and an ICF accredited executive coach, trainer and keynote speaker.

 

Sally brings over 20 years of experience in professional services across marketing, business development, change and innovation. Her foundational qualifications and experience in marketing allow her to bring maximum impact to change communications and storytelling.

 

Sally has supported over 300 people and counting through individual coaching programs at ASX Top 100 companies and facilitates regular webinars and workshops on topics such as: Inclusive Leadership; Work Life Wellbeing; and Parental Leave Transition. 

 

Sally is recognised as offering a non-judgemental, warm and approachable style that helps people quickly feel comfortable to go deeper and grow self-awareness for change. She meets people where they are at and supports them to access more creative intelligence and new perspectives. She is a highly interactive and responsive facilitator that is skilled at adapting in the moment to suit different audiences and cultures. 

  

Sally's work is strengthened by a deep understanding of key Future of Work trends through leadership roles where she led global change projects at boutique HR consultancy HSM Advisory (founded by LBS Prof. Lynda Gratton) and global law firm DLA Piper.  

 

Other qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Change Management (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Business (Distinction).
