Dr. Glenn Matthew's areas of interest include: high-speed computing using reconfigurable logic, embedded system design, radar signal processing and research translation.
Dr. Matthews is the lead Embedded Systems Engineer for the ALEPH-1 Moon-to-Mars Initiative which aims to establish whether 'micro-habitat' conditions can be maintained for travel to (and operation) on the Lunar Surface. Development of a high-performance Finite Element Method (FEM) simulation software for the analysis of high-frequency filters in mobile telecommunication devices. Investigation of alternative computing architectures for high-performance computing.
