About

Dr Steven McCann is an industry researcher and practitioner specialising in infrastructure governance, project management, asset management, public private partnerships (PPPs), contract management and organisational risk. His research focuses on improving governance, decision-making, and lifecycle outcomes across major infrastructure projects, with an emerging interest in the application of artificial intelligence to infrastructure and asset management.
