Speakers

Dr Patricia Pariona-Cabrera

Dr Patricia Pariona-Cabrera is a Senior Lecturer in People and Organisation at RMIT University. With a background in psychology and more than a decade of experience in human resource management, her research focuses on wellbeing, HR analytics and creating healthier workplaces.

Patricia has partnered with Victorian public health services and aged care organisations on research and was recognised with RMIT's Collaborations in Teaching and Learning Award (2024) and Best Teaching and Learning Impact Award (2025) for her student-centred approach.

Thomas Reblora

Thomas Reblora is a Global Insights Partner at Roche Group, where he specialises in people analytics, workforce insights and leadership assessment. Alongside his industry role, he teaches predictive and people analytics at RMIT University and the Singapore Institute of Management, bringing practical experience from global organisations into the classroom.

His expertise sits at the intersection of people, data and business strategy, helping organisations make better workforce decisions.
