An industry roundtable to help co-design Australia's Digital Product Passport (DPP) future – tracing solar panels and inverters for a more transparent, regenerative economy.

The RMIT Regenerative Futures Institute and the Department of Supply Chain and Logistics Management invite you to an industry roundtable on a national digital product passport scheme for tracing solar panels and inverters. Featuring keynote speakers, Bonnie Ryan, General Manager of Industry Engagement at GS1 Australia, and Barbara Nebel, CEO of thinkstep-anz, the morning brings together industry leaders, policymakers, innovators and other key stakeholders to shape what comes next. 

As Australia's energy transition accelerates, so does the need to know exactly what our clean-energy technologies are made of, where they come from and what happens at their end of life. A Digital Product Passport promises that transparency – and this roundtable is a chance to help design it.

Barbara Nebel - CEO, thinkstep-anz

Barbara has 25 years' experience at the intersection of sustainability, data and business. As CEO of thinkstep-anz, she helps organisations across construction, manufacturing, food and beverage, and primary industries understand and apply environmental information. She initiated the Australasian EPD Programme and serves on the EPD Australasia Board.

Bonnie Ryan – General Manager – Industry Engagement, GS1 Australia

Bonnie is an accomplished supply chain and digital business leader with over 30 years' experience across retail, manufacturing and transport. During 20 years at GS1 Australia, she has led supply chain digitalisation, industry transformation and global data standards initiatives. Bonnie holds a Master of Business Management from Monash University.
