Join leading housing retrofit experts for discussion about regenerative housing retrofit pathways in Australia and opportunities and priorities for the next 10 years.

Sustainable housing and electrification pathways continue to dominate public debate and policy making across Australia. Retrofit offers an opportunity for decarbonising and electrifying the housing stock, protecting against a changing climate, as well as addressing cost of living and health and wellbeing impacts. In short, it provides an opportunity to convert existing housing into regenerative assets. Yet, despite attempts to promote retrofit of existing Australian homes to improve housing energy efficiency and climate resilience, the question of how to scale up this activity remains a pressing policy priority.

Join housing retrofit experts for drinks and a panel discussion as we share the findings of the 5-year Australian Research Council funded project HEET (Housing Energy Efficiency Transitions) and discuss implications for current and future policy and practice.
