If you are a citizen of a Latin American country, the European Union (EU) or Turkey, this bursary provides a tuition fee discount on your IELTS Preparation course.

Value and benefits

For 2026 commencement:

  • 40% of the total program fee for the IELTS Preparation course.
  • You pay $327 per week after the discount.
  • Enrolment fee of $260 to be waived.

Eligibility for the scholarship

Eligibility

In order to qualify for this scholarship you must:

  • be a citizen of Latin America countries, the EU or Turkey
  • applying from Australia or overseas
  • enrol in an IELTS Preparation course at RMIT University Pathways (RMIT UP) commencing in 2026
  • be a commencing RMIT UP student (including extending your program in Australia).

Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to this bursary:

  • The bursary will be paid towards the tuition fees of an IELTS Preparation course.
  • Students may apply and be awarded the bursary for more than 10 weeks.
  • This bursary cannot be deferred to another year and must be taken up in 2026.
  • RMIT has the authority to cease offering this discount at any time.
  • RMIT International may profile scholarship recipients.
  • Successful applicants will be notified; unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.

Step 2: Complete your application

Submit your application to study at RMIT.

Step 3: Accept your offer

Your offer will be issued with the discount applied (subject to availability).
