About

Dr Hannah Meacham is a senior lecturer in the School of Management at RMIT University. Hannah’s research focus is based within the human resources management domain and focuses on diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing. Hannah has led several research projects in the support required for workers with intellectual disabilities in the workplace. Hannah has previous industry experience in operational and strategic HRM both in Europe and Australia.  Hannah is currently an Associate Editor of the Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resource Management and Journal of Business Research.
