Advancing Women in Infrastructure Engineering

WOMENG aims to inform, develop and enhance women’s careers, to create bridges with industry that facilitate career development opportunities for women and young girls in infrastructure engineering.

WOMENG (Advancing Women in Infrastructure Engineering) is a Victoria-based multi-sponsored project specifically designed to enhance career pathways for women in a sector where the female workforce is extremely under-represented.

WOMENG aims to target our support to two audiences in the state of Victoria: the future of infrastructure engineering through the Youth Program, and the career women currently contributing to the industry.

RMIT, AfPA, Austroads, and the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources are proud to be a part of this project and improve the STEM education cohort at all levels.
