Project Management students demonstrate their skills to benefit a range of needs

Property Management students have been given the opportunity to undertake an assignment that aims to make a positive difference in society.

Final year project management students

In RMIT's School of Property, Construction and Project Management undertake an assignment to demonstrate their project management skills. The nature of the project is left to the students, but it must address one of the United Nations sustainable goals and benefit society in some way.

Yoga workout.

A  definite theme in 2019 was mental well being

With students choosing to run yoga classes, guided meditation and a boat cruise which raised $950 for Beyond Blue. A range of not for profit web sites were developed, and one group collected litter along the banks of the Yarra River. The ability of the students to chose their project and beneficiary allows them to apply their PM skills to make a difference in a field about which they are passionate.
