Care for Campus

Learn more about how to care for our campus and what is available to help keep it clean, inclusive, and welcoming for everyone.

Our campuses are more than just buildings, they are the foundation for our community. It’s our responsibility to show respect for our shared spaces and those who use them.

We have a team of professionals whose job it is to keep our campus clean, safe, and comfortable, but we need your help. If you see something that needs attention – whether it’s a broken chair or something that needs to be cleaned, please report it via RMIT’s FixIt app, or by logging a ticket through IT Service Connect.

The FixIt app is RMIT’s one-stop-shop for all cleaning and maintenance requests on campus. Issues that can be reported using the FixIt app include things like a spilt coffee, a broken chair or a fridge not working.

IT Service Connect is your one-stop-shop for assistance with RMIT IT issues. Issues that can be reported using IT Service Connect include monitor screens not working and AV equipment not working.

A clean and well-maintained campus is something we can all contribute to. If you notice any issues, big or small, use the FixIt app to report it. Caring for our campus spaces means we all do our part in creating a positive, enjoyable environment for everyone.
