Mojtaba Shahin is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computing Technologies at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. Previously, he was a Research Fellow in the Faculty of Information Technology, Monash University. His research interests include AI Engineering, Empirical Software Engineering, Human and Social Aspects of Software Engineering, Software Architecture, and Secure Software Engineering. He has published over 60 papers in premier software engineering journals and conferences, including TOSEM, TSE, EMSE, JSS, ICSE, and MSR. He received an ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper Award (MSR 2022). He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Adelaide, Australia.
